Clarity plugin doesn’t open

@mish99 , Thanks for using Clarity. Could you please share your wordpress version, Clarity project ID, and the iframe link address?

You can get the iframe address by right clicking on the ifram (blue page with infinite loop) then inspect, they copy link in the <iframe> tag

This is the main site in my multisite installation.

@mish99 ,Could you please let know if you have popup blocker. If the loading screen says ‘sign in from the popup’ and you have a popup blocker it will keep spinning. the popup is a sign in page.

I have a pop up blocker, but I do not see ‘sign in from the popup’.

I have disabled the blocker for the site and get the same problem. So I tried using Edge and it worked.

@mish99 , Could you please share browser details you were using previusly where you encountered the issue, browser name, version.
