Clarification on adding this to wordpress

How do you add this to the page? “Copy the Shortcode ([dt_atp_twitter]) to your post, widget or add it to your code” is where it stops at. Not sure where or how this is supposed to be added to the sidebar. Is there other code that should be put around this?
