CKeditor not working with custom fields matrix

Hi,
I love using CKeditor, thanks for it, but not working, when I installed Custom Fields Matrix plugin. Textarea disappears, Firebug gives 2 errors: TypeError: tinyMCE.settings is undefined; TypeError: n.getBody is not a function. On other pages and posts, where I do not use Matrix, it works correctly. Is there some jQuery problem?
