CJT Plugin (version 9.3) installation stuck

    Hello,

    I wanted to install the CJT Plugin on my website. Unfortunately the installation is stucked in point four (‘Add WordPress built-in scripts and styles as CJT Templates so it can be used throught Templates Lookup form.’) and not moving.

    I’ve tried to deactivate and activate the plugin. Didn’t work. I’ve deleted the plugin and downloaded new. Didn’t work. Still stuck at the same place.

    I’m using the Avada Theme on wordpress. Does anyone know what could resolve the problem?

    Thank you for your support question.
    Firstly, do you have any security plugins (or file with .htaccess rules) installed that could be preventing the installation from finishing?

    Secondly, it could be that your PHP memory is not high enough. I have had a few users mention to me that they got the installation finished when they increased their PHP memory limit. Please read the excerpt below, which was sent to me a few months ago.

    I found what was going on ! Looking up PHP errors. In fact, “plugins.php” was demanding 134 MBytes for the install and my php.ini was allowing a maximum of 128 MBytes per script.

    I think the reason is because the site I have is already full of templates and styles (Beaver Builder + Beaver Themer + Ultimate addons …) and the total memory wanted by the script was too high !

    So I temporarily pushed the limit to 140 MBytes and voilà, the installation did it !
