City validation is broken, field empties itself.

Did you try to revalidate properties in Settings/Help tab? Probably the address is not validated?

I tried going to Settings/Help tab/Revalidate. This did not resolve the issue.

I will explain again. Here is what is happening:
If I update an entry that has a valid city entry the city field will then be empty. Even if I do not edit the Address field or any field.

Is there some sort of delay with Google Address Validation?

Step 1:

• The city field is populated.
• No edits have been made. I click update.

Ok. This is not common issue. Can you contact us directly with wp-admin creds,using this form to continue investigation.

The client doesn’t want us to give out their access due to security reasons. Are there any other options?

I can’t replicate this on our sites, so I can’t suggest something particular. Try to deactivate all third party plugins to investigate this.

Please, be sure, that:

• you have address attribute: https://screencast.com/t/Bqj3F9AM
• you have setup address attribute for automatic geolocation and localisation option is correct: https://screencast.com/t/pAqGMgRZ6
• your property has filled address value for that address attribute
• after property update your address atribute’s value is valid ( it should be updated by Google Validation ) and has correct city

I checked the settings you show in the screenshots. Still the city field doesn’t always fill in.

I have the address attribute

I fill out an address and it shows in the dropdown . I then update the entry.

I would suggest you to check that there are no conflicts with other plugins and current theme ( Maria already mentioned it above ). Please, look through this article

I deactivated every plugin except for these ones:

• WP-Property
• WP-Property: Supermap
• WP-Property: Terms

I switched to Twenty Thirteen theme.

WordPress core, Twenty Thirteen theme and WP-Property plugins are all up to date.

The city field still doesn’t populate.

Is there a way to have a Property Attribute I added to show up in the results generated with a [property_overview] shortcode?

Under Properties > Settings > Display > Address Display
It lists certain available tags. I would like to use a Property Attribute I added. Is this possible?

You can add following code to your property-overview.php template which you need to copy to your theme root folder firstly before customize anything:
<?php echo $property[‘attribute_slug’]; ?>

Thanks. That worked. I was able to output the Property Attribute that I added.

Now I need to get the ordering right. When I use this to try to put in the street name it outputs nothing.

<?php echo $property[‘street_name’]; ?>

How can I display the street in the property-overview.php template? Do I have the wrong slug?

[street_name] works when I put it under Properties > Settings > Display > Address Display
