City dropdown is only the cities that added in shipping zone.

    Hi,

    For example, I have added all the cities under Yangon state at shipping zone.

    At check out page, if I choose Yangon in state dropdown, all the cities under Yangon shown in city dropdown. If I choose other state in state dropdown, city dropdown is empty.

    Is it a correct functionality?
