CITRUS theme beta 0.6 problems

  • I am using the citrus beta 0.6 theme by nikynik here;

    Great theme but…

    1.The main problem is that when I have this theme selected I am unable to edit this theme in WP-Admin editor or any other theme!?! The only way to edit is to select a different theme as the active theme and then to return to the editor. This makes editing the theme quite tiresome. What could be causing this? I have multiple themes installed and I can edit these with no problem.

    2. The live search facility sticks on loading when you initialise a search-again a mystery to me?

    It would be great to crack these problems as I would like to continue with this theme.

    #2 fixed by editing general.js to point to my site (thanks nikynik)

    I am still puzzled why I am unable to edit the theme in WP-Admin when it is the active theme.
    Could this be a naming issue?
    My theme folder is Citrus and the theme name is CITRUS.
    Could this be a plugin conflict?

    Any chance it’s a file permission problem?

    Hi MichaelH,
    I have just re CHMODed 777 all the PHP files in the theme.
    Is it possible I need to change the permissions on some other files?
