• I have not found information if Very Simple Knowledge Base supports any type of Citation. I think that aspect is among the most important features of the MediaWiki system and of any serious Wiki.
I myself want to migrate from MediaWiki to WordPress because the maintenance of MediaWiki for a low amount of pages is not feasible.

    Hi,

I don’t fully understand what you mean. What citation do you mean? My plugin is a plugin that will display a list of post titles. You mean a popup with additional info when hovering each item?

Like Footnotes similar to this: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Cite

Understood, but it’s not part of VSKB because plugin will only display a list of post titles (and post categories). The page with textual content that opens when clicking a post title is taken care of WordPress / your theme. But you can use a knowledge base theme / plugin for listing categories and posts + a footnotes plugin to add footnotes to your textual content.

Thank you. I did not test VSKB, just saw it listed as a Wiki-Plugin for WordPress. I will look if a footnote plugin will be the solution or just writing the text in a Textsoftware with Zotpress Citation functionality and then copy and paste will be best way for my case.
