Circular Icon custom image is being slightly chopped

I noticed that circular icon, we can choose not to show the “read more” link, which is great!

However, when you use a custom image, it slightly cut off the circular shape, and it seems like the circle hit an invisible box, and got cut off.

I tried increasing the size of the box to 110px instead of 100px, but it does not seem to solve the problem.

Please assist.
