    How do I renew an SSL certificate?

    Simply follow the same process you used to generate and install SSL certificate the first time and your certificates will be renewed.

    How do I install my SSL certificate?

    You will be emailed a certificate and a private key. Simply go to your cPanel dashboard, click on SSL/TLS and follow the process to install SSL certificate.

  • @airdrummer 30 days before expiry, you can go to the Settings page and click on Renew Certificate and it will take you through the process of renewing the cert. Sorry, the FAQ’s were written a long time ago. We will spend some time writing detailed how-to’s.

    My certificate Expired. How do I renew? I do not have this option anymore!

    on the SSL Zen plug-in I don’t see a “settings page”. In WordPress I went to “Settings” “SSL” went into the settings tab there but don’t see any reference to renew certificate. I received an email from Let’s Encrypt today that I’m 14 days away from expiry.

    How do I renew?

    @jlee0412 @mikeshawtoday Can you please ensure you are using the latest version of the plugin? Once you update, go to the settings page and click on Renew Certificate.
