Circles on alternate page

Love the theme—I’m a pastor in France, using it for a personal webpage to communicate to both French and English speakers. As such, I’d like to create an “alternate home page”—that is, a normal page, but with permanent circles linking to more pages (not posts) that won’t appear in the menu on the top.

So I have 2 questions:

1) How can I add permanent circles to a page other than Home?
2) How can I create a page that does not appear in the menu?

Bear in mind, I’m a beginner. I learn fast, but I just started this a couple days ago.
