That’s what I thought it was, just wasn’t sure. You should be able to hit the regular register page and I can upgrade it temporarily, then. If you like comic books, you might want to keep the account after it’s downgraded. I’ll leave it up to you, though.

    Here’s the site:

Darn thing won’t put the link in the post as a link. https://www.dreamangelsparadise.com/

Okay, there we go. Should be seeing an email with account info.

Alright, that was longer than I wanted, but I am pretty sure I know what’s going on.

If you visit your homepage, and scroll the the very end, you see the footer text etc. “Powered by WordPress | Theme Designed by: Online Accounting | Thanks to uniformtax.net, Click here and IPSC”

Now, if you visit your levels page above, and scroll to the very end, you see the following: “Powered by WordPress | Theme Designed by: “

That says to me there’s a PHP fatal error occurring. I am not able to tell what because I don’t have access to the WP_DEBUG constants in wp-config.php, but SOMETHING is occurring and it’s preventing the loading of the rest of the page, including the loading of the BadgeOS javascript in charge of achievements list display.

I wager, once the PHP error is resolved and the rest of the page is loaded for /levels/ everything will kick in properly finally.

In short, the theme is causing the trouble?

    Thread Starter JRash

    (@jrash)

Yep, it’s the theme all right. Just checked on a backup site I’ve got and it came up perfectly. Pity, I like that theme despite a few bugs that were somewhat annoying.

In short, it’s breaking the loading of the page before the necessary achievements js files are loaded, thus the ajax can never finish.

    (@jrash)

I’m on the hunt for a similar theme that might be more agreeable, then.
Would you like to keep the account on the site and just have it simply downgraded?

Nah, I’m good. Thanks for the offer though.

    (@jrash)

Okay, I’ll just delete it then. Maybe you ought to experiment with that theme on your own and see where the bug is. Meantime, I’ve been experimenting with a custom theme on a spare site I keep for testing. So far, it’s working.

from what I recall, it was stopping at some wp_theme_credits() function, that was passing in a numeral zero in your footer.php file. Not hard to locate. Just not sure what the solution would be.

    Thread Starter JRash

    (@jrash)

Could try getting rid of the function. Or did you try that already? In any case, let me know if you figure out a solution and thank you for trying to help.

Nope, I didn’t touch anything, and it’s controlling the output of the credits at the end. I’m merely pointing out the spot to you for if you want to act on it or are just going to move onto something else.

I generally don’t like messing with code unless I need to. I might try to find it at the rate I’m having trouble finding a similar theme, though.
