Cimy User Extra Fields – Checkbox Problem – ???

Hi,
Im using Cimy 1.5 Beta (this was the only thing I could find compatible with wp 2.8) to add a checkbox to my registration. In Cimy I have it set to only show this checkbox during registration and not in the profile page. However, when I go to my profile and hit submit it gives me an error saying the checkbox must be selected.

So the only way I can use this is to set it to show on the profile page? So every time someone updates their profile they have to check the box again? I can set it to always be checked, but then when you register its already checked. Seeing how this is an “agree to Terms and Services” checkbox, I think the user needs to actually check it.

Also, if I set it to always be checked (value = Yes, in Cimy) it still throws the error when I have it hidden and hit submit on the profile page.
