    Hey there,

    2 questions:

    1) I connected authorize.net to the membership 2 plugin, and when I go in to pay via credit card, I get an error message saying “CIM Payment profile not found” Is there a fix for this? I just want the payment to go through and then route to a thank you page.

    2) Is there a way to take payment either before or at the same time as account creation. I don’t want them to have an account without paying first for various reasons.

    Hey @dbouthy,

    Hope you’re well.

    For the first question; sorry to hear that. Did you try with sandbox first? If sandbox working but live credentials not working, can you reset your transaction key and enter the new one, then try again?

    For the second question; unfortunately, no way to get paid while registering. For Membership 2, users first need to register then paid. But they can’t see any protected content until approve membership/getting paid.
