CIM Payment profile not found

Hey there,
2 questions:
1) I connected authorize.net to the membership 2 plugin, and when I go in to pay via credit card, I get an error message saying “CIM Payment profile not found” Is there a fix for this? I just want the payment to go through and then route to a thank you page.
2) Is there a way to take payment either before or at the same time as account creation. I don’t want them to have an account without paying first for various reasons.
