CIDR notation support please

Hello.

I’ve seen that CIDR notation support is on the to-do list, but it’s been there since almost 2 years ago and still no implementation. You already have everything in place, the plugin already converts IP+wildcards to CIDR, so it should be a fairly simple implementation of detecting the notation and use it as is, without converting it.

I don’t want to be ungrateful, because I’m really not, it’s a great plugin and it helps me a lot, but still… almost 2 years?
