Chron Setting?

We added the plugin a few days ago, setting it to show the most recent post and everything looked to be working great, but this morning we added a new post to the blog feed and it still hasn’t shown up on the site with the plugin several hours later. The plugin is still showing the previous top post, which now is the second item in the feed.

What is the chron job for this feed reader? Is there a setting that I can change?
