(Chrome) White or blank text when highlighted in visual editor

    I launched a new site with 3.9 and theme kepler. This issue will happen in chrome, firefox will work fine.

    When selecting text in the visual editor, the highlighted text becomes white. If I tried to use blockquote on it, the entire quote becomes invisible.

    Switching to text editor however, the selected text will appear as usual.
