    Hi,

I would like to ask for advice. I have 4 WordPress sites. 1 of them has an mysterious problem. When I go on to it with my phone there is a pop-up message: this page uses too much memory so chrome removed some content. So I removed all the pages and plugins and it shows this message again. The problem remains. The theme is exactly the same theme as 2 other sites so I figured that could not be it.

Does anyone have a clue what could cause that?
    Thank you

This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Nineteen theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    Hi James,

A great thanx for your advice. I did not know about health Check. It will be useful in the future when I want to make some Changement without that the user will notice anything. The problem I had for about a weeks stays a mystery. At this moment it’s no more there, but I didn’t do anything special, so I have no clue what started ore ended it. I only experienced it on my personal phone. When I used another phone it never showed the popup. Next time if it will come back, I will test it with health check.

    Blessings and greetings
