Chrome problem after most recent update

    Client is reporting that they’re just getting the spinning loading animation since they upgraded the plugin, but only on Chrome (on PC) – it works for them on Edge.

    I’ve tested on Mac Chrome, Firefox, and Safari and it seems to be fine for me.

    Is there an issue with Chrome on the PC and the plugin?

    Please, be informed that I have tested the slider in the page that you have shared in the Chrome and it worked.

    Please, see here.

    Could you please, double check with your client whether they have any browser extensions? Please note that there may be issue with the extensions, could you please suggest to switch off all extension and check? If the slider will be loading then activate the extensions one by one to see which one is causing the issue.

    We had the problem on a couple sites as well starting with 1.2.2. But not all sites.
    Either 1.2.5 fixed it or it worked itself out somehow – maybe with Chrome caching issues … not sure

    Thanks, yes client has reported it’s all fine now. Must have been a caching issue on PC.
