    Hey all, we have several users with Apple devices who are experiencing issues completing lessons on Chrome. Screen recording of this issue can be found here:

    Thanks for reporting this. Can you tell me more about the issue, so we can better assess it and suggest the next steps to take?

    • do the same problem happen when using a different browser?
    • can you tell me if the video needs to be mandatory watched until the end to mark the lesson as complete?
    • does the problem happen with all the types of lessons? for example, lessons with only text, different content media, etc
    • can you try to temporarily switch your theme to Twenty Twenty and see if the problem persists in Chrome and in other browsers?

    Let me know what you find out, and we’ll take it from there if necessary. Thanks!

    Hey Stef, thanks for getting back to me.

    Don’t have the same problems in every browser, except Safari on desktop. Firefox, Arc and Chrome on desktop seem to be fine (latest versions).

    The video is mandatory to complete, but they don’t have to watch until the end.

    We only have video lessons, so not sure if it’s happening with text.

    I’ll try the theme switch today and let you know.

    The fact that the issue is happening only on Safari is a great clue. Can you share the browser version you’re using when you get back to us with the theme switch test report? Thanks!

    Hey Stef!

    Theme switching did seem to fix it, but it broke a bunch of other stuff, so I changed it back.

    Browser version: 17.1 (Version 17.1 (19616.2.9.11.7))

    Hi there, @annansc!

    I suspect that might be an issue that the theme author(s) can fix it for you. Would you mind reporting this to them to see if they can sort it out for you? The fact that the problem happens only on a specific browser version makes me think that can be fixable fby them.
