Chrome & IE

Hey there, sorry it took a while to get back to you on this. I have looked into the issue on Chrome and it appears the popup gets “stuck” because of some invalid HTML generated by your Simple Share Buttons Adder plugin.

The quickest fix will be to go to the admin area for your blog and find the settings page for the Send to Kindle plugin. In the advanced area, find the “Exclude” field and add the following string. If there is already something in that field, you can separate entries with commas.

For a more long-term fix, I will see if I can contact the author of the other plugin and suggest improvements to the author. For Internet Explorer, what version of the browser and which version of Windows did you test with? This will help me reproduce and diagnose the issue.

You are so smart. It works perfectly in both chrome and IE, although I use the term perfect loosely for IE.

I used IE 9 and Windows xp.

if you have a solution for long hang time in IE for my site’s load, will you contact me via my website. I will pay for your time.I see the errors but seeing is not knowing.

I am still investigating the Internet Explorer issue, but at the moment I only have a Windows 7 machine available. Try turning off the popup blocker and see if that’s the issue, and I’ll try and reproduce the issue on Windows XP when I can.
