Chrome extensions not working anymore

    Hello,
    I have been using ‘Le Robert Correcteur’, a French grammar and spelling extension for Google Chrome, for monthes on my WordPress site.

    Since a few weeks, the addon doesn’t work anymore, telling me that no text zone was selected.

    The extension wasn’t updated during this period.

    I don’t know where to check, but I think I upgraded WordPress to 4.1.1 in this timeframe.

    Could this issue be related to an upgrade in WordPress 4.1 or 4.1.1? Probably a security update?

    The software, which works with many applications, still works fine to spellcheck in Word for example.
