Chrome – Can't scroll down on widgets page

In Chrome, I am able to scroll the main page window, but the sidebar section will not scroll down so I am unable to edit or click the save button when the widget goes below the screen.
Tested on TwentyFifteen theme on Windows 8.1 / latest Chrome.
Works fine in Firefox… seems to be a Chrome issue.
