Chrome Browser and PWA – Wont update content

    I have a website with a few popups and I have made some changes to an existing popup, however I cannot get Chrome Browser or the PWA I created, using Chrome Browser, to recognize this new popup. It keeps loading the old popup.
    I’ve deleted the PWA app from my desktop, cleared Chromes Browsing data (history, Cookies, Cache you name it and still Chrome loads my old popup.
    Can anyone assist please?
