Chose to download by single folder but it directed me to homepage

I followed the steps given here.

I wanted to download the “folder_01” created using Real Media Library so I selected “folder_01” and chose the download option(As hierarchical .zip file RML structure) but it directed me to homepage without downloading anything to local. May I have your suggestions on the next step?
