Chopping off the bottom of the widget view

Take a look at the Footer of https://www.stokrozen.nl.
You can see that I have added some weather code in the Enhanced Text Widget and the bottom is sliced off.
Tried a different weather gadget and the same thing was happening on the top this time.
Is it something to do with using frames?
Any enlightenment would be interesting to receive!
