Chop by category page

    I’ve got Exchange running fine and have installed the Exchange loop add-on and have questions. I’ve turned on the Exchange Loop for the Shop page and made settings as desired, but under the section for “Select the category/categories” only one of my six product categories shows up. I cannot get the other ones to appear there.

    Also, what I really wanted to do, and am not sure if this add-on is the solution, is to have the shop page organized by Category. The Shop page would show groups of products under their category headings. Is that possible with this tool?

    Hi,

    do you have published products in any of the other categories?

    And on to your second question, no, the plugin isn’t designed to organise products by category on the shop page.
