Choosing What To Write In Post Summary

    I had a different theme that was overall less awesome than Hueman but which allowed you in the Create A Post section to write in a box what you wanted for the first few sentences below the post in the summary page. Is it possible to do that here? It appears the posts I uploaded from the old theme are retaining that ‘executive summary’ attribute so it must be carrying through somehow.

  • When editing/writing a post, click the Screen Options tab and check the Custom Fields checkbox (if they’re not already enabled).

    Does this summary text appear within any of these custom fields?

    Yeah, that was perfect! There is a checkbox for something called “Excerpt” and that was it. Thank you!
