Choosing timed popup and exit intent?

    Hi. If I select the time-delay and exit-intent options, will it just show one or the other every 14 days? I like the exit one for desktop, but then I’m not showing anything to my mobile visitors, which is more than half my traffic. I just want to make sure I’m understanding how it works and don’t show the popup twice to the same visitor.

    Hi Andi,

    If you select both option for the same popup, then that popup will only appear every 14 days, regardless whether it is shown as a time-delay or exit-intent. I think it is exactly what you need: on the desktop, the popup will appear both as exit-intent and time-delay, depending on which one is triggered first. For mobile users, the time-delay popup will appear, as there is no mouse cursor to detect exit intention.
