Choosing shipping calculation method

    Using Version 3.8.14.3

    No matter which setting I choose in Settings>Store>Shipping I am not able to calculate shipping. The cart is pulling the flat-rate from the individual product (which is default to zero, I did not set this). I would like the use the Australia Post option.

    How do I force calculate shipping?

    Even after flushing theme cache etc. This persisted but it seems 2 days later to have resolved itself.
