Choosing search order and highlighting results

  • I’m trying to re-order the results in the Ajax search, currently, product categories appear first and I’d like to organise these to show after products.

    I’d also like to be able to highlight specific products when a specific search term is used. For example, if you search pen I’d like a particular pen I’ve chosen to be at the top of the results. A way to make particular products highlighted for search terms.

    Are either of these functions currently possible?

    Thanks for your reply.

    Unfortunately, our support has expired so I can’t raise a ticket. The issue is we don’t want to renew the plugin support if the plugin cannot achieve these functions as we’d need to switch our plugin to one that can.

    Are you able to confirm it is possible and if yes, I’ll renew our support and raise a ticket?
