Choosing A Theme

OK, I’m looking to create a site that I can list a businesses icon/ad on the home page then link to either their website or single page on their site. After looking over a bunch of themes, I just can’t find one that I like. Does anyone have any suggestions. I would also like to be able to track clicks on their ads.
