Choose to have just a textfield on some blocks

I have multiple blocks on some templates, but some are just for say a header. Is it possible to remove the wysiwyg for some blocks but keep for other blocks.

i.e.

two blocks in a template

header area – just show textfield
info area – show wysiwyg
