Choose pages to NOT display form

I’m wondering if a cookie that remembers if a user has clicked the ‘submit’ button so that it does not display for them ever again is possible and maybe would solve this? Or be in addition to my first question

Hi! I don’t want to display the subscribe form on the ‘thank you for subscribing’ page. But I can’t find a setting that allows me to select which pages NOT to display the form on. I want it on every other page.

You can Customize this page by following this guide: Customize Your Confirmation Page. You’d be able to create a blank page and customize it as you deem fit.
