Choose incoming visitors language with a wordpress hook

    Hi,
    My defaut language is ‘fr’ and my second langage is ‘en’. My browser langage detection is ? on ?.
    In a wordpress hook (which one ?), for all incoming visitors whom browser is not the defaut langage ‘fr’, I want switch them to the ‘en’ language. How can I do it ?
