Choose featured image based on TAG?

  • Is there a way / plug-in I can use to choose a featured image based on the tag of the post?

    For example:

    If tag = beach, featured image = beach.jpeg
    If tag = forrest, featured image = forrest.jpeg

    This way when ever I make a post, I just have to add the tag and the appropriate featured image will be attached to the post.
