Choose a Source missing the sources

    When I go to Manage -> Create Slidedeck Dynamic Source – the window that appears next says “Choose a source to get started”, but there is nothing to choose. The window is black. How can I fix that. Here is a screenshot: https://oi68.tinypic.com/15wj8fm.jpg
