Choir Member DB and Attendance record plugin?

Hi,
We are a choral society with a wordpress site and about 100 members.
We use Mailchimp to inform our large supporter list.
I am looking for a way to hold members details and record attendance each week. Obviously I could do it myself in a local Excel workbook but I would be doing everything and I’d rather have the part reps logging in to a web site and filling out the attendance themselves.What do you recommend for this application?
We may look for more features eg rehearsal schedule signup, workshops, learning track downloads, typical choir admin stuff.

Thanks @a2hostingrj, that looks like an event management plugin. We have a fixed list of members and only need a yes/no record of whether they attended each week. At the moment, I’ll use a shared spreadsheet and see if that’s enough.
