Choice page(s) to refresh

    Hi.
    Three questions.

    1. Is it possible to modify your plugin so I can refresh ONLY a selected page (or pages)?

    2. Is it possibile to add a check to refresh in syncrony with Internet time?

    3. Is it possible to refresh at certain (future) date and time?
