Yes. I use Recurring Donations with Subscriptions for WooCommerce (free plugin)

Subscriptions for WooCommerce (free plugin) does not support variable products. This is a limitation of this free plugin and not Donation Platform for WooCommerce. But you can create multiple products and link them.

Create two buttons “Donate monthly” (links to the monthly donation) & “Donate one-time” (links to the one-time donation) ??
