Chinese yuan woocommerce RMB vs. bitcoin CNY

  • On the general options of the woocommerce plugin I have set under currency “Chinese Yuan”.

    Then I added the payment gateway for bitcoin, but I got this error message:

    Bitcoin payment gateway is not operational: Store currency is set to unsupported value(‘RMB’). Valid currencies: USD, AUD, CAD, CHF, CNY, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, NZD, PLN, RUB, SEK, SGD, THB

    The issue lies here BRM and CNY are the same thing. Is there a way to configure the currency to be CNY instead of BRM (or both), to be able to use bitcoin ?
