Chinese Tag cant access and turn to 404 page

  • Hi guys,

    I setup a new blog for my friend, https://www.i-oo.com ,it’s a chinese photo blog on iis7 of godaddy windows host.(asp and php coexist)

    And I found chiese tag doesn’t work and turn to 404 page. I upgrade wordpress to the lastest version, try different way via google, and issue still exist.

    Please someone help me to fix this.
