Chinese characters in the PDFs don’t show up correctly

    Hi,

    We have Chinese customers who fill the order info and addresses in Chinese but it seems theses characters show as empty squares in the invoice and packing slip PDFs.

    I can send you a sample file for what I get to your email if you want to check yourself.

    Hi @alaa-rihan,

    Some languages (Japanese, Chinese, etc.) are not supported by the default font included with the plugin, in this case a custom font is required. Here you can read how to install a custom font: Using custom fonts

    For our paying customers (Professional or Premium Templates) we also have a Chinese language pack available that is plug-and-play, no coding required.
