Chinese characters can’t be displayed in wordpress 2.8

I am also interested in this. Did you already solve this problem?
If I put in chinese characters I just get “???????”. He also can’t display pinyin.

I just figured out that deleting these 2 lines works and chinese is displayed properbly like:
嗨 / hài = hi
but french character like: a, ê, ?, ?, ? is only displayed as question marks.

it seems there are not many people around here who need a blog for more than one language…

I had actually migrated my blog and all the posts that has chinese characters need to be redo. Deleting that 2 lines work. It’s my post that fcuked upon the migrating.

None of these suggestions work for me. Can someone please look at my site (under construction) and help me see why these solutions don’t work for me?

I reinstalled and it works now.
