• I’m stuck and looking for help. No matter how I set up in Settings->General, the date format shown under the blog post title is not as it should be.

    Example:
    General setting is yyyy-mm-dd

    Shown under blog title:
    by Paul | 3 月 24, 2022 | Travel, Recipes | 0 comments

The part “3 月 24, 2022” should at least be “3月24日, 2022” (including the character for day – 日 and without the unnecessary spacing). Alternatively 2022-03-24 would be fine, as set in the General settings.

However, I can’t seem to find the place where I can set this up correctly.
Any ideas would be highly appreciated!

  • It could be hardcoded in the theme. What theme are you using? If it is a theme from the WordPress repository it should have a forum attached to it. If it does try asking in that forum. If it is a commercial theme you will need to check with the site where you purchased it.

Thank you for your suggestion, mrtom414.
We use Divi, but with Gutenberg rather than the Divi-Builder.
I’ve now tried with the stock WordPress theme and – indeed – the format switched to the correct format! Will ask in the Divi community.
    Thank you!
