Childtheme issue; code visible above template page

    I am making a childtheme for the Blissful-Blog template.
    I just activated it with the blank style and functions sheet included.
    Now I see 2 lines of code above my theme and the same in my admin…
    Apart from these lines everything seems to function well.
    Any idea anyone?
    this is what it says:
