Child themes not supported?????

I’m using Catalyst and Dynamik child theme but when I “Clone Away” I get a really messed up looking page with missing graphics and no CSS. When I look in the Dashboard of the new site where there should be lots of options (part of the child theme) there is only near empty pages.

They also make Dynamik child theme for Genesis Framework, would that be any different?

I’m so bummed. ?? My whole business model revolves around duplicating sites for new users.

I really hope there’s a fix.
