• I have created a child theme for Twenty Eleven. I am searching for a way to make the headers different sizes but can’t seem to find that in the style.css. Can someone please point me to the right location, or how I might add them in myself.

Thanks so much ..sure do appreciate the help from the forum!

    Oh …what I meant was
H1, H2, H3 that is the only ones I really use

    Want
    H1 24 px
    H2, 18 px
    H3 16 px

BUt I don’t see those in the style.css anywhere or I am totally missing them

You need to re-specify the font sizes for those heading tags in your child’s stylesheet. If you’re having problems defining the right CSS rules, try using Firefox with the Firebug add-on.
