Child Theme structure files

I edited attitude themes header-extensions.php and content-extensions.php files which are both located in attitude parent themes library/structure folder.

Is it possible to move them to my child theme folder? I tried to create in attitude-child folder exactly the same folder structure as it is in parent theme folder, but it doesn’t work (failed to open stream: No such file or directory) I also tried just to copy these both files in attitude-child folder, but it doesn’t work either.
