Child theme spontaneous stopped working

I created a child theme for twenty thirteen and was editing it for the last couple weeks. I added a img css style now all the other style rules are not overriding the parent. It doesn’t matter if I update the old rules, or take the img style off it only will will apply the img style.

Not sure what I did wrong
